We all know efforts to motivate ourselves to workout can be a challenge. How about doing something for yourself but not by yourself for a change. I'm always twice as motivated when working out amongst other women who are also ready to "pay it in sweat" and Pampering Junkies are not new to this.
FIT FEST on the GREEN is all about promoting wellness amongst African Americans while providing fun activities at a great venue, the Marlton Golf Club located in Upper Marlboro, MD.
